At Yemi Cosmetics, we operation Monday - Friday from 11AM - 4PM (MST). We do not operate during holidays or weekends.
FREE SHIPPING ON USA ORDERS OVER $50 ONLY
All orders ship out from Arizona within 2-3 business days via USPS, after orders have been processed. Shipment times
may vary or take longer than usual, depending on the final destination. Please be aware, that once your package leaves
our facility, anything that happens in between then, is beyond our control.
In the event, that your shipment is lost, missing, or has arrived broken/damaged, please notify us by email
within 72 hours. Please also be aware that we can NOT accept returns or give refunds at this time.

All sales are final, once order has been placed. No returns will be accepted.
Refunds & Exchanges
As mentioned previously, we DO NOT offer refunds or returns. Exchanges may be given if shipped goods have arrived
damaged or broken. In order to be approved for an exchange for damaged goods, you must provide photo proof
by email within 72 hours. All emails must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org with order information to be approved for exchanges.
